About Us
Located in Johannesburg and founded by Nile and Tate Orpen, both fitness lovers, our team is dedicated to the well-being and growth of every student. Nile played Netball throughout school and continued playing action and club netball throughout university. Tate is a South African Equestrian Showjumper and long-distance runner.
We take joy in seeing our students develop into unique individuals. With over 10 years of experience in netball competitions and training, we're committed to helping our students thrive.

Meet Our Founding Coaches
Nile Orpen
Nile Orpen
With a deep-seated passion for both children and netball, Nile pursued her studies at the School and College of Modern Montessori while actively participating in netball competitions. Starting her career in preschool education, she gradually transitioned towards the fitness domain, ultimately assuming the role of head coach. Given her background and expertise, it was only fitting for Nile to establish her own training group, named O, Netball.

Tate Orpen
Tate's love for fitness has been evident from the start, as he continuously excels in national Equestrian showjumping competitions. With a solid background in marketing spanning over 3 years, Tate seamlessly assumed responsibility for the business aspects while Nile focused on imparting netball skills. Currently pursuing a BCom in Marketing, Tate actively contributes to training sessions, clinics, and the overall operations of O, Netball alongside his sister.
